The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • What information do you need to make a booking?
    In order to book a reservation, we need your full name, the number of passengers, pick up location, drop off location, date and time of the pick up! We will handle the rest.
  • Are the vehicles well maintained?
    Absolutely! Vehicles are all maintained weekly at our home mechanic shop. Everything from oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top offs, and everything in between. It is our number one priority to make sure that every client is taken care in the safest manner possible, and that starts with making sure the vehicles are in tip top shape!
  • Will the vehicle be clean and sanitized?
    With our world caught in the middle of a pandemic,we are taking every precaution to ensure the proper recommended safety guidelines. All clients can expect: - Proper social distancing for every ride. - All drivers wearing cloth face coverings. - Vehicles properly sanitized between every ride. - Hand Sanitizer available for every client. - Disposable antibacterial wipes available in every vehicle. CTC’s vehicles are also equipped to give away branded face masks and bottles of hand sanitizer for clients that would like them.

Payments Accepted

We accept all of the most common types of payments including cash, credit or debit cards, and mobile payments. Call us for more information.

Cancellation Policy

All clients are assigned a dedicated logistics specialist to help assist with all of your transportation needs. Typically, after a reservation has been made, our policy asks for 48 hour advanced notice to cancel.
